Didnt u get a mobile phone alert?nextime when u do an online transaction ask bank to send u a sms message.I have informed my bank.So everytime when I do an online transaction they send me a sms alert.use good virtual key board too.

Yes it was a mistake to not get sms alerts. But now bank has activated that.

The strangest things is we did not get a confirmed email regarding the transaction. Usually that happens. Either someone has access to our email also and could be they have deleted the confirmation email about the transaction.

කී ලොගර් සොෆ්ට්වෙයා එකක් හරහා ඔයාගේ විස්තර පිටගියාද දන්නෙත් නෑ..
මුලින්ම දන්න කෙනෙක්ට කියලා PC එක චෙක් කරගන්න.. ස්පයිවෙයා, කීලොගර් අනන් මනන් PC එකේ තිනවද දන්නේ නෑ.. ටීම් විවර් දාලද දන්නෙත් නෑ..
හොදමදේ මුලින්ම ඔයාගේ පීසී එක චෙක්කරගන්න එක තමයි.

Too serious case. We should be more secure when we have access to our bank account via online. Always keep your PC or the mobile phone clean and never ever access those account through random PCs. Wish you could sort out the issue without going into much troubles.
