I am wondering why so many negative threads about IT field all of a sudden. Is this a planned attempt to discourage new guys from switching to IT?

State management ගැන තමා අදහස. එතකොට library එක්ක depends වෙන්න ඕනි නෑ. Redux, mobx, context ඕනි එකක් අවශ්‍යතාවය හැටියට ගන්න පුළුවන්. Redux large scale නොවන එකකට දාගත්තම කරදරයි. ඒ වගේ drawbacks තියෙනවා. Concept එක දන්නවා නන් ඕනි එකක්

My general advice to whoever seeking career is this machan. Always follow their passion not the mom-dad defined future. He could be into cookery then thats what his goal should be. 100% agree to what you've said here. thanks again for your time.

Absolutely every occupation is needed for a well functioning society.But yeah money and resources will follow where there is demand.But someone needs to be happy in what they are doing and i can see these new folks who are just changing the field just sake of money will be unhappy with their life in the long-run.Anyway it's okay for established IT peeps that the field will be crowded with those folks.they will be good resources since they are ambitious to learn and mostly likely sacrifice more time than they are supposed to pay.what more do we need for more gain.free time from educated people easy life for us.just pressure them a bit and follow up with the PM whola here comes the expected outcome.80% of the time it works with sub continent workers.these white guys rarely does it.if you need more time we will have to pay for them.

From this year onwards we will encourage employees to use generative AI tools and we are actively doing POC for small scale models which will help our business.Less fulltime jobs more part time jobs.with time Generative AI can replace most of the current IT roles.I think average coders will be impacted.

මාත් මේ ගොඩේ ඉන්නේ. ඔයා දන්නවනේ මාත් IT වලට මාරු උනා DevOps වලට. මාරු වෙන්න කලින් මට මෙකෙ අය මාර විදියට හෙල්ප් කලා ඔයත් ඇතුලුව. මට නම් ජොබ් අවුලක් තිබ්බේ නෑ.. ඉන්ටවිව් දැමමම සෙට් වෙනවා. ඒ මදිවට linked in එකෙන් offer එනවා සෑහෙන්න. මාස 6කට කලින් Associate ඉදලා DevOps Engineer විදියට promote උනත් එක්ක. මම නම් හිතන්නේ ඇත්තටම හේතුව attitude සහ continuous learning කියන එක.

React කරන උන් හැමතැනම. ඉස්සරහට survive වෙන්න නම් Tech Skills + digital marketing ඕනි වෙයි. Digital marketing උත් දන්න එකාට තමන්ගෙම බිස්නස් එකක් ගොඩ දාගන්න පුළුවන් චාන්ස් එක වැඩි.

දැන් React Intern හොයනව කියන්නෙ කලු නික වගේ මට නම්.කොල්ලයි බල්ලයි ඔක්කොම react .එක ජොබ් එකකට Applications 200-300 වැටෙනව සෙනිකව . මමත් React කරන්න පටන් අරන් අතැරියා මට Front end set වුනේම නැ. දැන් නම් HND එකක් කරනව . C# .net තමයි මට සෙට් වුනේ.හෙමීට ඉගෙන ගෙන යනවා. IT Field එකේ හිටියට හරියට Career එකක් Build කරගන්න තරම් නිදහසක් ලැබුනෙ දැන් තමයි

මට එකෙක් කිව්ව උන්ගෙ Company එකට Intern Interview එන උනුත් දැන් ලක්ශ 3.5 ඉල්ලනවලු.
