Ok so you have decided on the most important part. You don't wana learn you just want the qualification right . So in that case skip any gov uni degrees (Those fuckers think that we only have the MSc to do in our lives) and pick some top tier private uni. Costs will be almost the same.

Not sure machan. I have seen a few in bamba. How about ashton, IIT do they give any degrees out?
