Most of the young generation are for Npp. Whether older generations like it or not, the future will be npp. Their policies will also appeal to their younger vote base.
It's so easy to deceive inexperienced youth until you work earn, and maintain a family everyone is a revolutionary and socialist (I was there when I was on Campus) everything else is a baila.
The hard reality is that you need capital to develop a country, which comes with lots of strings attached. Sri Lanka is too small and NPP is so insignificant on the International stage to have it otherwise. Everything else is BAILA
Jvp is communist by name only. You may have been out of country too long if you have not observed this by now. Also nothing wrong with socialism, as long as you tread the middle ground

Belongs to this young generation and it's being 7 years since i left SL for my own goals but still cares about it for i don't know whatever the damn reason.I think NPP will win but i'm not sure if they will make my friends lives better. Honestly most of friends who are NPP or JVP activist are කටින් බතල peeps.It's just not practical.So let's see where this will lead us to.

I mean there's always a choice.But it's just not practical.So no point talking talking about it. But hope is what keeps us going.NPP is the only hope for the hopeless.But that doesn't mean it will make their hopes come true.I'm someone who likes to work with facts.So i don't see anything good for them with current facts and figures.Anyway i can only wish them good luck.
