Kapruka Global Shop is a Scam ?

Altho I got my refund for the 1st item..there is another item pending there

Its about 5 weeks now...when I asked them about it today ..guess what ?... the usual reply

CS: "Sir..your item has arrived & its with customs"
ME: "When did it arrive ?"
CS: Around October 25th sir"
Me: Eh ? Its November 3rd now..what the hell did u do all this time ? why didnt u clear it ?
CS: There were some delays with that shipment sir..We will clear it next week for sure
ME: When..Next week ?
CS: Most probably by Wednesday sir..
ME: Sure ?
CS: Definitely sir..
ME: OK if u say so.. (Was about to burst out laughing...Next week..my ass )

No man..I ordered both of the items within a WEEK about 6 -7 weeks back.. Didnt know back then that they r this shitty..

not gonna order again after i get/IF I GET my 2nd item

Dont buy from them. they simply take your money, delay your item, and after 2-3 months will say, item was lost in shipment and refund you.

but for that 2-3 months they have invested your money and earn the interest. clever bastards. and for that 2-3 months they will lie to you saying, item arrived but stuck in custom or item arrived but had to return it due to some document issue, etc. after while they will simply stop answering phone calls.

Same thing happen to lot of people..

Can't remember Machan. Used it 4 years back to buy a laptop. You can check the cost from site. But they will only purchase item from US and ship it back here. You will have to deal with Sri Lankan customs your self (if needed).

I bought a Bouquet and cake they said they can't deliver on time i asked for a refund, they said ok and asked my account number and said they are at the bank and successfully deposited the money but i didn't receive the money they are Arseholes
