1. MZ electronics - Bamba- excellent customer service and the owner will take his time to educate and answer all your queries (but do your own independent research about models)

2. Nelsons and Colombo Electronics - Pettah- very competitive prices. Brand new items. Call both places and see.

3. Samarasiri Gift house: Magaragama (one infront the clock tower) awesome service and fair pricing.

ගත්ත Samsung washing machine එක අරගෙන සති දෙකෙන් කැඩුන. උන්ට කතා කරාම ගත් කටටම කිසි ම ගානක් නැතුව කිවුවේ warranty card එකේ තියෙන තැනට කතා කරලා කියන්න කියලා.

Singer warranty තිබ්බේ. මාසයක් ඇතුලත බඩු උන් ගෙනල්ල ගෙදෙට්ට ඇවිත් හදලා දුන්නා.

මට හිතුන විදියට අලුත් stock same price Laksala - කිරිබත්ගොඩ , Nelson Treading - දෙහිවල වගේ ඒවා වලිනුත් ගන්න පුළුවන්.
මුන් ට ෂොප් එකක්වත් මොකුත් නැහැ. ගෙදරක බඩු ගොඩගහන් කරන්නේ.

Reputed, ෂොප් එකක් තියෙන තැනකින් ගත්තා නම් හොදයි කියලා හිතුනා.

උන් නිකන් කතා කරනෙත් අපි නිකන් ගන්න අව වගේ. invoice එක උනත් ඒ තරම් genuine නැහැ. ආදී කාලේ වගේ.

එදා හදිසිම නිසයි, මම හොයපු product එකක ඒ model එක උන් ගාව විතරයි stock තිබ්බේ. එක නිසා ඔක්කොම එතනින් ගත්තා.

Singer කතා කරහම නම් තේරුනේ උන්ගේ show room එකකින් ගත්තොත් priority දෙනවා කියලා. Singer උන්ගේත් තියෙන්නේ උන්ගේ Singer care App එකෙන් Job එකක් දාන්න.

දෙම්මලු වගයක් කරන්නේ. ගොඩක් දුර පළාත් වල shop වලට බඩු දාන්නේ උන් ගෙන් අරන් කියලා හිතුනේ එතැන ඉන්නකොට ආපු call හැටියට.

Same thing happened to me. I bought a Midea AC from them. A Tamil guy (who's in the pic below) is there and I called him in the morning to ask about the Midea AC and he said it's available. I asked for the location and he told me come to the Dehiwala Station road and give him a call then he'll say the location via phone. After 1 hour, I reached the location according to his directions and asked for the Midea AC model. He went inside the house and said it's not available. Then I told him to do a proper customer service because he was behaving like haven't had a shit in a week.

Anyways he arranged me to buy the Midea AC from the agent (Telesonic) at Bambalapitiya for the same price after I scolded him.


Lakshan Traders is shady as fuck. there's no name-board or proper location listed. It's just a house with electronics filled. I'm pretty sure it's a tax evading place of a big company.
