If you are adding and additional ram, match the existing ram to the new ram.
Otherwise if you are buying new you should do a little bit of research to find out if your CPU supports 16bit modules with that ram capacity If your CPU is intel 8 the gen or later it is fine to buy the 1Rx16. This is far afaik because I learn it the hard way.

Processor එක Intel Core i5-8265U 1.6 GHz

Just search if your processor can handle 8gb 1Rx16 chips, maximum motherboard memory support and check if motherboard supports 8GB in one channel.
Then look for the maximum frequency that your motherboard supports. Try to go for a 2R (dual rank) as a bonus but you should check it with your processor first.
