he said he was told he will be taken to serve in north after 2 years in colombo ,but him and his platoon were very disapointed they were taken forcefully to the front and he said all his rest of the 35 odd soldiers were dead at the scene and the backup soldiers ran without his shouts to take him...
he said that his parents are sick and he has siblings struggling for living and he came to do work and earn to takecare of the family..he has only done 5th standard at school etc etc.. he is apparently worried that he will be killed.. but no tigers wont do it.. tigers even handle the dead sinhala soldiers bodies in professional manner than sinhala army,politicians and officials for a fact !

3. More powers to be given away to regional councils (Tamil politicians were not at all interested of a Federal concept as it would be governed by Sinhalese)

British knew who this country really belong to... they were not stupid they increase the council men from 1 to 13 according to the population ratio, and Tamils at that time felt helpless... with only 2 members!!!
