2. Is there a daily fee or activation fee for this tariff plan?
No,Daily fees or activation fees are not applicable on this plan



3. I have never used SMART before, how can I obtain this package?
You can obtain this package by visiting the nearest Mobitel Branch, Teleshop, Sri Lanka Telecom Regional office,Singer Mega or Mobitel Authorised Dealers



4. I am an Existing User of SMART, How can I switch to this new tariff plan?
You can switch to this tariff plan absolutely free by dialing #111# from your phone with effect from the 16th February 2009. However all subscribers who activate the Any 8 feature after the 17th of February 2009 will be transferred to the new tariff plan by default.



5. I have currently activated the Incoming free feature and do I continue to pay a daily rent of Rs.5/- per day for the feature?
After the 16th of February 2009 all users on SMART can enjoy incoming free from other Mobile networks. As the Rs.5/- daily fee involves charges for Incoming free plus Any 8, your daily rent will be reduced to Rs.3/- per day which is the daily rent for the Any 8 service. This change will be carried out by default effective from 17th February 2009.



I am a post paid user can I switch to this Tariff plan?
Yes, you can switch to Pre Paid and select this plan with the same Post paid number, you have to Visit the nearest Mobitel outlet to complete this process.

6. How do I enter the M Best Friend number?
To enter your M Best Friend number Call 141 and press 5 and follow the instructions.



7. Can I enjoy “Any 8” feature with the plan?
Yes you can enjoy the Any 8 feature on this plan, Just dial 141 and press 5 and follow the instructions.



8. What are the other SMART Features I can enjoy with this plan?
You can enjoy the SMART Freedom suite of services and 3G Delight on this plan.



9. Can I enjoy SMART Bonus Discounts on this tariff plan?
Yes, you can enjoy a 10% discount after the 1st year and 20% discount after 2nd year. If you are already enjoying a SMART Bonus discount, this will automatically apply on the new plan.

Yes, you can continue to enjoy Smart Bonus points every 30 days on this plan.
