If you are employed to enhance the clout, CFA is good and respected in the finance sector.
If you can complete CFA that will be a good achievement but mostly it helps to be a financial analyst. Honestly, it seems a damn hard exam nevertheless it vary with person to person but make sure to have a definite career path in the sense what is your end goal.
on the other hand in Sri Lanka, if you are looking to migrate then that Msc will be value added if not i dont think we have many of opportunities in that area apart from Moody analytics. Since you have had done Statistics and Maths how about moving towards Data analytics or Data science field?
In the begging, I was thinking about data science. But I am more passionate about business-related areas somehow. Cause I want to start my own business one day.
Doing an MBA is not an option for me cause they are over half a million rupees. and government MBAs like UoC ask at least 3 years of experience for non-business related graduates.
