I'm an entrepreneur ... Some guys here says that the more qualifications you have, the more you reject from the jobs.. the same guys say, because of that reason, it's no use to earn higher qualification .. what he says is somewhat real in SL if you don't have at-least little bit of experience in the industry .. But as an entrepreneur, qualifications are diamonds than years of industrial experience .. the more you have higher qualifications the more you can show that you're the guy and others in the business are minions compared to you. , so, I keep earning qualifications ... , the more I earn qualifications, the more I earn money
Yeah it doesn't hurt to have a good academic background. But you still got to have a good working knowledge of current technologies to actually do something.

Industrial training is given as a single specific job description for about ,lets say 1 year (or more if you're unsatisfied with 1 year ) , but as entrepreneurs, we should have to know every kind of things not limited to training given in industrial training .. that's why most of the guys who did industrial training are afraid to start a business, the knowledge and experience to do a successful business is not always coming from what you have learned outside in the industrial training, most of the time it inherits from our parents, grandparents etc. so, most of the people can't beat our experience from their limited industrial experience ... and when we equip our non-beatable experience with qualifications, no one who do ordinary jobs, cant beat us, that's the reality ..

I have something to add here. The real problems come when you are working with more than 8 people with parallel projects. When you are starting up you might not have such head count and busy schedule. Industry exposure is needed to that kind of stuff, not to be proficient in technical knowledge.
