Now there is no softwares in the phone. I removed ma memory card also.

yeah that's binpda security manager,btw even after removing the SD from the phone and doing a hard reset does it still gives the same error?

try clearing up lifeblog(if you are not using it,uninstall it) and also try clearing the db of the program (c:\data\lifeblog\database)
