Machan use A IDE, SATA to USB Converter.. Its available in UNITY PLAZA. Cost may be aprox 6000/=
Even if u use SATA 2 IDE Converter u wont be able to get the correct transfer rate. It will be the same as the IDE transfer rate.

Therefore either change your board or Use an IDE HDD.
