Nothing to joke about. I have been in Welikada because of the tamil pastor at the Pentecostal church at Rawathawatte (Yay for me ! the LTTE wins one way or the other ). Welikada is horrible when you go there without commiting a real crime (no one respects you). And hey! I was underaged to be at Welikada. And don't even talk about Moratuwa *olice. They take bribes as their main income (how else can underaged children end up in Welikada?)
