the principle that Internet service providers should enable access to all content and applications regardless of the source, and without favouring or blocking particular products or websites.

At the moment some ISPs in Sri Lanka only blocks some porn sites and torrents. That's it1. I see this is a good thing given how most of the people doesn't have common sense how to use internet for good and not for bad. Therefore most of the people who get blocked by ISP will give up but some will find a way to bypass.

This is to practice good habits to people and not to discourage or anything.
