Um.. N70 is gud and within ur pricerange..

How about SE ??
But Nokia is gud in graphical GUI and small cool application features

But still SE is better dan Nokia in sounds and colours.. Im talkin abt Walkman Editions .. And its cheaper too.. U decide.. best to go out to da 4n shop or frm a frnd .. and try out both .. and select da best
