ඉඩමකට NRBO certificate එකට apply කරලා certificate එක එන්න කොච්චර කල් යනවද ?

It depends machan.... we have to request them then they will send us cost for the job then we have to pay it and inform then they will come withing one to two weeks time having checked the land withing two to four days they issue their report.
During rain season they get late as they have more and more work
