OIL REPLACE NUT IN THE TANK

If there is a crack, or a smallest oil leak you should get it fixed immediately. If no leak or crack found, keep an eye on that dent because it may develop in to a crack/ leak later.
By the way, if you use this sort of language with a mechanic, he may take you to the cleaners, because he will realise that your motor mechanical knowledge is not very good. The "oil replace nut" (in fact it is a bolt) is called DRAIN PLUG, or SUMP NUT, and the "tank" is called SUMP
