Its the amount each person can afford. Now tell a guy who buys a BMW and say you got small performance difference than my Japaneses car so why you paying more.

Year man.....Pioneer is a company which makes High end DVD players n amps etc...where Logitec is mainly a computer speaker company......Obviously Pioneer will win cause their speakers are made to handle a out put from a AMP.......

And you are judging it with current games and they are not designed to use that memory. And people bought 64bit processors when there was no 64bit applications remember.

N front bay is really for marketing perpous.....coz for the price it is tagged with..... you won't get equal benefit...the only benefit you get is extra connection and it degrades audio quality....so, rather than you buy front bay, why don;t you get plantronics switcher which is only $20....to be quite honest i got the platinum cause my bro always plugs in his guitar n records n it sure is a looker........

You simply havent experienced true sound.....It depends on the person ...u like vga cards n processors while v are more interested in audio.....

well man i must say im interested in all of that(vga, proces,audio) but for the time being i haven't bought any sound card. I had change my mother board and processor twice and VGA trice (for games of course). And im using reason 4 for sound producing stuff (im not a pro) and for that what i do is i get my mini HIFI setup(sony 6000W pmpo) and connect it to the machine then im feeling ok with my on board sound. I have never bothered to buy a sound card. but now im bothering bcuz i need to connect my Keyboard(organ) through MIDI which don't have in my mother board.

Hehe i got to say machan your thinking is so dum if you don't think about the future when you buying a computer product then you are almost lost in few months. Man we have tons of examples which they put the hardware first then the software follows it. Its a very common statement that hardware lead and software catchup. They first make the hardware and then developers get the advantage of that to develop new application using that special features or resources gained through the hardware. We have thousands of examples like that and those hardware companies innovate new technology and present it.
64bit, Dualcore.. There may be no software at that time but sure in the future.
You can see creative doing lot of buzz abuot there X-Ram and you saying its worthless. Why you thinking only about today?

I don't need to defend saying GTX or GT coz it has no huge value even in future. But X-Fi Fatality with X-Ram and the normal X-Fi platinum sure has a future difference. When thay make games wich uses X-RAM you will see. Those days games never came with EAX too. But now? hehe

Okay you don't trust me about X-RAM and Fatality FPS right okay here you go with a review from Guru3d one of the pro gaming review sites. Not like that adsense marketing site you gave us as the review.

The real deal however kicks in when you buy a Fatality of Elite Pro Edition card. The X-Ram functionally appeals to me. At this moment in time we just can't see the pure benefit of it just yet. As with all new technology the software needs to be patched and made compatible with this new technology. I'm a believer though and I believe this can be a very strong selling point to the gaming audience. I just wish Creative would have made this option scalable. It's utilizing SDRAM, wouldn't it be great to plug in another 128 MB for 50 bucks ? But again, even with 64MB the introduction of X-RAM can be, and probably will be, a hit. Even if it would not give you the benefit of performance, you'd still be saving 64 MB of system memory and games these days need excessive amounts of memory to play around with. I'm all for it!

when games start to kick in with X-RAM compatibility, who knows what'll happen. Even if you fire off a 127 voice test at the X-Fi then you will finally get roughly a 6% CPU utilization as I had a quick peek with RMAA, yes 127 voices /sounds! This is something the Audigy 4 can' event do (64-voices limited). Suffice to say that not one integrated solution can even get close to that.

So now talk! I don't find paying more for X-Fi Fatality will waste money. And I am not agree with you at all about Fatality X-Fi, z5500, forcing normal ppl who enjoy onboard to buy dedicated sound cards etc...
