    hodata worm up karala patan gnna machn...

    this is not true machan. its all depends on your goals. if you want to build strenth, then it's better to do explosive movements with heavy weights. and if you want muscle hypotrophy then it's better to do more reps and sets with controlled movements.

    Yes, well, that may be true. But it depends machn. Doesn't matter what is your goal. you have to follow the correct techniques. Sometimes these things depend on your body language. if you're an athlete or something similar that think its ok. But for others, beginners - your way not going to fit. For scurvy its good :D
