Cheap as fcuk than oz & nz. Well for my requirement at least. University tuition is free in some countries. Only have to pay like 300 euros per semester for registration.
Financial requirement for living cost is less than 20 laks(Highest I found so far, in norway) per year. Only need to show funds for 1 year.

Yeah if he can survive without a part time job then no issues. Nice people , Nice country . A couple of years back I tried to go there. But due to that job crisis I give up that.

However please pay attention for the rank of University. Otherwise you will loose your money & time.

Actually he can do a better Uk / US based degree from Sri Lanka. After that he can apply for a Masters for Poland or whatever country.

They have good unis there. I think they have one of the best technical institutes in Europe.
