No Idea Machan but in here it seems like the worst cold in 20 years. Even in our Apartment the windows froze. Actually in our case there were some water on the window from inside cz we had the humidifier on but even though the windows were frozen the heat generated from the heaters were enough to survive..

We do have some ice on windows, that is normal. You can use heaters since electricity is available.

In toronto, some parts of new found land/nova scotia, there were no electricity for days (thousands affected). fortunately temperatures are not that bad. People use fireplace (this work even if there is no main supply). I tested mine too. That is the only way to survive assuming that gas supply is fine). otherwise if home temperature drops below zero, there can be serious damages to your home including water pipes. It is a life threatening situation.
