so can you speak in english fluently ..i never think unless you were born in english speaking family or you were lived in some foreign country. most of sri lankans can not pronounce words as people like english speaking countries. that is obvious. people who live in japan people who live china India those have native pronunciation connect with their motherwtounge.
it's not about me. it's about president of our country. English is our official language, but it is not in japan.
Also i never said our president has to speak English fluently, i just said he can't.
