ඔව්. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ Private Limited Company එකකට සමාගමේ නමින් Corporate/Credit Card එකක් ලබාගැනීමට හැකියාව තිබෙනවා. එය නීතියෙන් තහනම් දෙයක් නොවේ. CBSL විසින් payment cards නියාමනය කරන අතර, ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ බැංකු corporate credit cards සඳහා වෙනම application process පවත්වාගෙන යනවා.

උදාහරණයක් ලෙස, Sampath Bank හි Corporate Card Application එකේ:

• Corporate entity name
• Business Registration Number
• Corporate name to appear on the card
• Company registered address
• Card එකේ පෙනෙන individual name
• Applicantගේ NIC/Passport වැනි තොරතුරු

ඉල්ලා තිබෙනවා. ඒ නිසා card එක company එකට issue කරන corporate card එකක් විය හැකි අතර, එය භාවිතා කරන director/employee කෙනෙකුගේ නමත් card එකේ තිබිය හැකියි.

වැදගත් වෙනස​

Corporate credit card ≠ පුද්ගලික credit card එකක් company name එකෙන් භාවිතා කිරීම.

Company එකේ නමින් card එකක් ලබාගන්න නම් සාමාන්‍යයෙන් bank එකට company registration documents, authorized signatory/director details සහ bank එක ඉල්ලා සිටින අනෙකුත් financial/KYC documents ලබාදිය යුතුයි. Approval එක bank එකේ credit assessment සහ internal requirements මත තීරණය වෙනවා. CBSL සඳහන් කරන පරිදි banks විසින් credit facilities ලබාදීමේදී තම credit policies සහ credit assessment procedures අනුව කටයුතු කරනවා
