2. පත්තර ආර්ටිකල් එකතු කලා - ඉස්සර මිහිර, විජය පත්තර වරද්දන්නේ නැතුව ගන්නවා. පස්සේ කලෙකදී විදුසර

I have greatly appreciated the opportunities I have had at ******** over the past 2 months in the role of Senior Software Engineer. While I was aware during the interview process that this was an on-site position, the current office environment has proven to be far more disruptive and challenging than I expected. This has significantly impacted my ability to contribute effectively and maintain a good work life balance.

After attempting to work from home as a solution to mitigate the challenges and frustration, I have come to the difficult conclusion that I must resign from my position.
