Three-wheelers are 1000 time more unsafe than cars that have scored 0 safety stars. Going on your line, you should never travel in a three-wheeler. More than three million passengers are transported each day on three-wheelers in Sri Lanka. If one is to accept your arguments, thousands of Sri Lankans should be getting killed by three-wheeler accidents. But everybody knows that it's not the case.

It seems the point that guy was trying to make flew right above your head.

For 2.2 million you can buy a far safer vehicle from second hand market, the carbuyer who's ready to spend 2.2 million (and other expenses tied with owning a vehicle) on a car is way different than the masses which travel by TukTuks on a daily basis. Thousands travelling by TukTuks doesn't justify spending 2.2mil on a vehicle which offers the safety of a TukTuk.

Is there a rule to buy from the second hand market, just because its safe?

Heck no. We're discussing options here.
I'm explaining why I would spend 2.2mil on an used Japanese car rather than a Brand-New Indian budget car

Good for you. But no thanks. I got a way better option with me and 7.5 peope have followed the same

Thama math hoyanooo....
some peoples facts are based on their opinions, considering the facts can be changed

nope. facts cannot be changed by opinion.
Eg: KWID has an uncovered Plastic oil sump. That is a fact and cannot be changed by either you or any other party. but the opinion about that can be changed as different people look at that fact from different angle. you can find it is ok to have such and someone else can find it is not ok. but the fact is still the same no matter who looks at that.

sump is not a fact, sump is a observation. Fact is that plastic sumps tend to get damaged in certain situations than metal sumps. But with the ground clearance of 180mm the chances are pretty low and the plastic used in the sump cannot be normal plastic, same with the picanto. facts can be altered and represented in anyway based on ones opinion
