Ok. First of all i have to day that i am not talking in behalf of GMOA, SLMC, or SAITM. I am just saying this because i want to settle this problem in favor of both parties..
we can ignore the medical students as they don't have much power to influence on SAITM.
Now this problem is gone up to a very higher position that it is seem to be a battle directly against GMOA and SAITM. Both parties are very powerful. Now SAITM got the provincial registration. What will be happen next? Will SAITM students be able to train at gvt hospitles with their opponents?
As i personally know GMOA will never settle for a defeat. Even SAITM people know that the GMOA and their doctor will lookafter them if they come to their hospitals. SAITM also not so happy about their win. They know that GMOA people catch up them at hospitals. Without the peer help no one can do a medical internship succesfully. Especially it will be so hard on SAITM students.
It is true that SAITM students have some political and power, but GMOA is far above to catch.
This way is much more troublesome for SAITM. It is much better if the government did aquire tge SAITM. But as usual this gvt never listen vrry shortsighted..

as soon as the SLMC approve the SAITM MBBS GMOA will definetely welcom all the SITAMs and surely they will safeguard all their members
before foreign garaduate students get SLMC registration they made a big fuss... but now all of them are in a same flock .
i have heard that high seats of gmoa members saying that if slmc aproves thay are ready to give them their membership..
separate union is the last thing that they want..
i am sure they wont make that mistake,
