I used 500 total incoming free package for last 3 years. I never had a problem with it. Charges may be high but I'm totally satisfied with the service I'm getting. Even later they increase my credit limit to Rs 8,500 without any deposit considering me as a loyal customer. Recently I add the life time discount facility since normaly I take 5,10 minutes calls and later I activated the Blaster also. Since my office fixed numbers and most of the friends number are Dialog free 1,000 minutes are very usefull to me and for other number I have the benefit of 50% discount after 3rd minute. So whats more u need?

my dad had a 500 package.. hes been usin it for abt 6 or more years now.. and i had a supplymentary.. now we both converted to the blaster and in one month weve covered the 500 initial payment! through the free calls... its great and the sutomer service has never let me down !

yap...thats totally correct....service is every thing...if they provide a gud service to customers i guess then d charges r nt a problm to them..i think dialog hs d best customer care n service...they help us to solve any problm ...n they r so quicke....
