Not really, where does it say he is responsible the people, He showed the correct path through Quran, it is up to us we follow right path or not. If I want to agree with you for sake of argument Allah promotes violence then How can Allah would have said in the verse (5:32) “ if any one slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land - it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. Then although there came to them Our messengers with clear signs, yet, even after that, many of them continued to commit excesses in the land”

True, you don’t have intelligence to think the appearance of GOD, in fact you were not given the intelligence, same is said in quran. Otherwise all what is said in quran, indeed fact. With regards to your claim why Pigs? Where's the test then, if there were no pigs? I mean Allah could easily have NOT created alcohol or shaitaan too. But he wants to test us, why would there even be Hell if it weren't for these things? He wants to test us how obedient we are to him in staying away from the things he has forbidden.
