then you must be a lucky guy. I have beko washing machine bought from Singer. no issue with that product. except to that bought a pressure cooker. a seal broken and they didnt able provide spares. now this one. I have totally different experience with Damro. Why we pay and suffer. I spoke with my friends and most of them are avoding Abans and Singer. I will never buy from them ever . thats it. They sent the item with warranty card inside. they could have seen the damage. even with that they sent it to me. pathetic

(over 100k) There is no point in complaining their managers are very unethical so the organizations are also unethical. They just want turnover to increase just like sales reps wants more sales irrespective of quality and service.
What options do we have as cousumers in Sri Lanka. Our regulators funded by tax payers are always sleeping eg Banking -CB, Telecommunication-TRC, Public Utilites Authority, ... many more..
