i had download and browsing problems on my 2mbit line from two days. so i made 2 complains and today SLT called me and said that they are doing a bandwidth shaping

also he said that they are monitoring activity of usage and according to that they apply filters

SLT Just confirmed that they are limiting connection speeds for who download data too much and said to switch to a new limited plan

no way im a SLT ADSL customer more than a year and using a 2mbit line

paying 6350/= every month

hikz ok.. i have the same problem on my 2mbps line.. i made a complain yesterday & later they've called me n said that they did a line reset n check now.. blah blah.. still the problem is there.. will call them today as well

if you are a heavy downloader. they will apply it eventually
