ya that happened 4 me to but sometimes .......getting lagged :S

peo & internet works on separate virtual circuits. so they can limit the internet usage.

phew.. Thank God... Api Lanka Bell Wimax... Api nan danata goda.. unless the Govt. gives orders to them also.. Colombo area katiyata lanka bell wimax walin full speed labanewa ude, dawal, rah anytime.. Podak wiyadan karala go for that..

When i downloading @ sometime peoTv Drops

that because peo & net both use the same upstream. if ur line is 512kbps / 128kbps pkg both peo & net has 128 kbps to communicate with the peo server. upstream bandwidth used to transfer packet data between pc & other servers when downloading. so due to less bandwidth (128kbps) it'll start to drop the packets. that means lag

even if u have a 2mb line with 512kbps upload speed peo will lag when ur uploading files.

in cmb there are enough wimax towers bun... I knw few guys who are using wimax in the sam area and downloading non-stop but so far unta no probs..

wimax can handle large volume of data transfers, unlike normal wireless connections..

Whatever the situation its 100000x btr than what SLT broadband gives
