I cannot take other proper protein rich sources like Chicken and fish everyday, eating plenty of eggs are also challenging and viable at the moment. Can I compensate this with soya meat, yes — I obviously know about other plant based protein sources, but when it comes to denseness, I can take more protein with soya meat per se cause I am more comfortable with eating less.

Hell no, soya is a no no for men, it raises estreogen and you will get man boobs , joint pains,testicular shrinkage and many more, men should never eat soya products
