Transporter if you want 2 know about the rep system , and forum rules, just refer 2 the threads related 2 those, which were put by GT, the admin.
U cant give (-) because simply you dont like it. If that post break rules, spam, use filth , u can (-) rep him n also u can inform 2 GT
