nokia default phone user code (security code / phone lock code) is 12345. if somebody has changed it to something else like 00000, then i can not help you.

you must see a local mobile repair shop to reset the security code (you can also call it phone lock codes / user code too)

this has nothing to do with SIM CARD.
this is the same situation like you have lost the windows password.
