තමන්ට උන අසාධාරණය contact no එකත් සමග මේකට යවන්න

මගේ යාලුවෙක්ගෙ PC එකක් අරන් තියෙන්නේ TECHNO CITY ඒකෙන. එකේ mother board එක ගිහිල්ලා අපි ගිය warranty clam කරන්න.

එතන නිකන් ආණ්ඩුවේ office එකක් වගේ. කවුරුත් ගණන ගන්නේ නෑ. එතන පැයක විතර ඉන්න උනා බාරදෙන්න විතරක්. එතන තියෙන phone එක උන් අන්ස්වෙර් කරන්නේ calls 50 කට එකක් වගේ.
මට මතකයි එක call එකක් විනාඩි 15ක් විතර hold කරලා තිබ්බා.
මට ඉස්සරහ හිටියේ එච්චර computers ගැන දන්නේ නැති කෙනෙක්! මිනිහව පුළුවන් තරම් මැඩේව්ව. මිනිහ office ඒකෙන half day දාල ඇවිල්ල තියෙන්නේ. මු ඒ මිනිහට කියනවා ගිහිල්ල හැන්දෑවට එන්නලු. මිනිහ කිව්වා මට 12 වෙනකම් ඉන්න පුළුවන් පොඩ්ඩක් check කරලා දෙන්න කියලා. මුන් ගණන ගත්තේවත් නෑ. පස්සේ අර මනුස්සයා අපහු ඇහුවා. එතකොට එතන හිටපු එකාට මළ පැන්නා. ඌ අර මනුස්සයට මහා ජරා විදිහට බැන්නා. අපිට බලං ඉන්නත් දුකයි!
එතන නිකන් ආණ්ඩුව ඉස්පිරිතලයක් වගේ. උන් හිතන්නේ අපි මේ පිනට වැඩ කරගන්න අවා කියලා!

කොහොම හරි අපි අපේ PC එක බාරදීලා ආවා. උන් කිව්වා check කරලා call එකක් දෙන්නම් කියලා. දවස් 2-3ක් ගියා එත් සද්දයක් නෑ. පස්සේ මගේ යාළුවා එතනට call එකක් දීල. පැයක් විතර try කරලා තමයි call එක අරන් තියෙන්නේ. එකත් අර වගේ විනාඩි 10ක් විතර hold කරගෙන ඉඳලා. පස්සේ මුන් කියනවලු මේ motherboard එක උන් ළඟ නෑ තව රු. 750/- ගෙවලා වෙන එකක් දාන්න වෙනවා කියලා. මගේ යාලුවට PC එක හදිස්සි නිසා මු OK කරලා. පස්සේ බැලින්නම් ඒකට warranty දීල තිවෙන්නේ මුල් board එකේ warrantyයත් අඩුකරලා!

මමනම් එදාම තීරණය කල අයිත් Unity Plaza ඒකෙන බඩු ගන්නේ නෑ කියලා!
දැන් මම බඩු ගන්නේ Barclays එකෙන් (බම්බා police station එක ළඟ තියන) එතන parkingනුත් තියෙනවා! warrantyත් හොඳයි!

උඹලත් දාන්න අයට කියපන්ලා UNITY PLAZA එකෙන් බඩු ගන්න එපා කියලා!

වර්ථමානයේ ඩෙල් වල අවුලක් කියල මාත් දන්න්නවා ඒ නිසා ප්‍රශ්නයක් නෑ එච්.පී අවුලක් නෑ කියලත් දන්නවා.ඕව ඉතින් කාලෙන් කාලෙට වෙනස් වෙනව ඒක සාමන්‍යයි

උඹ දන්න ලබ්බ තමා...... HP කවදද බොල ඩෙල් වලට වඩා හොද උනේ.....???

ඕක ගැන නම් කථා කරල වැඩක් නැහැ. අපෙ මල්ලි කෙනෙකුත් මේ ලගදි laptop.lk එකෙන් ලැපක් ගත්ත. ඌට කිව්වට ඇහැව්වෙ නැහැ. ඌ ඇන ගන්නකන් තමා මම දැන් බලාගෙන ඉන්නෙ...

හෆොයි..... කොහෙද මේකේ ඉන්න උන් අපි කියන දෙයක් අහන්නේ නැහැනේ......!!
