මචන්ලා මට ලොකු උදව්වක් ඔනේ ඔයාලගෙන්. මට කියනවද 2GB Vga Card Dual Core PC වලට support ද?
support නම් දැනට හොදම කාර්ඩ් එක මොකක්ද? Asus ද Nvidada?
1.Nothing to do with VRAM with CPU.If you have PCI-Express slot you can use any VGA(may be get different performance on different PCI-E version ).But checking for VRAM only is crap.Check the GPU(Like Geforce GT440...etc) first not VRAM(2GB)
2.ATI & nVIDIA are the major GPU manufactures.Check specs and go for one that's suitable for you.ASUS,EVGa,Zotac....etc make VGA cards using reference design/or modded design for the GPU(they simply use ATI or nVIDIA chip on there cards).ASUS card are bit costly,you may get the almost same performance with a cheaper one.
3.If you have Dual channel memory controller(usually these motherboards have at least 4 RAM slots,i think you don't have a dual channel controller),using 2GB*2 will give a slight improvement in performance,but if you use 4GB card you can save a RAM slot for future expansions
Check this photo;Channel 0 has two banks & Channel 1 has two banks.to enable dual channel you should use RAM cards on same colour RAM banks
