As for a fact I know that they have rejected a well reputed Sri Lankan company who applied for the "authorized re-seller" post in Sri Lanka.

I don't know about that, But I know that wow and takas get phones through Boswin (Pvt) Ltd. and also warranty claims go thru that company as well.
