For those who says that the driver is an idiot and he should not have exceeded 80kmph, I think you have not used the southern expressway at all. The worst case is you don't even have license. In southern expressway you really don't feel the speed if you are not exceeding 120-130 atleast. So stop putting the blame on him. Maybe it's his fate

එකනම් ඇත්ත මචන්...මම පානදුර-රත්නපුර-බලන්ගොඩ පාරේ කෙලින් තැන්වල 100 යනවා දන්නනෙත් නැ 100 කියලා. Meter දැක්කම තමයි 100 කියලා පෙන්නේ. Highway එකේ එහෙනම් මොන කතාද
