These slips are of no use to explain this situation. He had put that just to prove that he is not a cheater. Same with the payments from fiverr.com.

Ok. Would you believe me if i said that Gayan and Nuwan are two different people? This is what has happened. gayan wanted some PP money. Asked from nuwan. Nuwan contacted rooshan (you). Rooshan gave money to gayans pp address. Something went wrong with the transaction. It was reversed or something. Since you have asked Rs. from Nuwan he said cant give cuz after all he didn't get any pp money. Also thilina is the guy who directly have me 50usd for a laptop screen i wanted from ebay. He has nothing do with this at all.
