Thanks machan....eth ban past papers kohenda ban hoya ganne ... IELTS 1-8 books tika tama laga tiyenne...5->8 kara!!

The lecturer(female) who conducted the class gave us tasks( listening, reading & writting) everyweek to complete machan. So didnt had to bother in finding papers. I just copleted all the given papers and questions as she(lecturer) told. Timing was managed later on machanla. First you must be able to write and understand, then only you can give the best out in a limited time period. And I think if we search google, we might be able to find papers more than enough..

did you struggle with time at the exam

Not at all machan. the thing is that during the listening test, you have to keep up with the speaker. If you ever miss something, just let it be there and move on to the next and keep going on..

And always we MUST be confident that we can do the best out there. If we lack that confidence, you will always be worried during the exam and will automatically, without even knowing loose time for no reason.

And the things that you must practice is for the reading and writing. Specially in academic setion. Should be able to do well in scanning and skipping. And also the essay writing must be practiced well.

And during the exam, I kept my watch in a place where I can easily see and I did not spent even a minute more than the given time for each section. The trick in any exam is to touch and answer everything you can. So when we take it as a whole, it will give us a good sum.

I tried it twice at ACBT and got 6.5 only i need 7 each. now i am almost clueless about what to do next. I need to get through somehow. I am willing to do anything. anything helpful is really appreciated machanla.
