Listening/Reading/Writing : The process was smooth and well instructed. The facilities were good and comfortable.
Speaking : The process was smooth. The examiner was very good (Sri Lankan lady) and treated me so well, that boosted my confidence to face the exam very well

Overall, I would Highly recommend British Council for your IELTS exams.
