Introducing The GeForce GTX 760: A Mid-Range GPU With High-End Features

    :love:Introducing The GeForce GTX 760: A Mid-Range GPU With High-End Features

This year we’ve introduced the world to the GeForce GTX 780 and GeForce GTX 770, the first entries into our new series of enthusiast GPUs. Each has redefined performance in their respective price brackets, giving gamers superior performance for less money in comparison to previous-generation GPUs.

Today, we’re welcoming the GeForce GTX 760 to the award-winning family. Starting at just $249, this mid-range GPU is 12% faster than the $299 GeForce GTX 660 Ti and 23% faster than the GeForce GTX 660. And like the GeForce GTX 770 and 780, the GTX 760 supports all our latest hardware and software innovations, and is perfectly suited to 1920x1080 gaming in upcoming titles like Assassin’s Creed IV, Batman: Arkham Origins, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Splinter Cell Blacklist, The Elder Scrolls Online, Watch_Dogs, and Wolfenstein: The New Order.

    GeForce GTX 760 Performance

The $249 GeForce GTX 760 is a performance powerhouse, with specifications that help it power past the GeForce GTX 660 and $299 GeForce GTX 660 Ti. On average, these improved specs give the GTX 760 a 12% lead over the GTX 660 Ti, and a 23% lead over the GTX 660.

Note, this data is generated from reference-design GeForce GTX 760s, whereas the majority of cards on sale today at e-tailers and retailers will be custom versions running factory overclocks out of the box, pushing frame rates even higher.
