hmm no they sing about mental struggles..like depression, dimentia..anxieties..and other psychotic episodes. cutting is a major coping mechanism in depression, so they exaggerate that in their live performance..

for some people, bands like lifelover, sings about things only they can understand. Music can never get more personal than that. I, for one, adore lifelover
