ඔය අන්තර්ජාලයේ පලවන හුගක් දේවල් මිනිස්සු බිය ගන්වන එක තමයි කරන්නේ. ඕනේ දෙයක් ඕනවට වැඩිය හොද නැහැ. මෙන්න මේ ලිපියේ හරියට කරුණු තියෙනවා.

(1) sugar - coca cola has lot of sugar. That is not good. for 8 oz, cocal cola has 27 grams of sugar (sprite 26 grams)

truth : many soft drinks contains lot of sugar, even sprite is not good.

(2) it has acidity. that is why it can be used for cleaning. acidity can be found in lemon juise or some fruit drink. If anyone can prove that it has significant amount of acidity (compared to other drinks harmful for health), they can file a case and win.

truth: i do not think anyone prove that coca cola has high acidity harmful to heath in a SCIENTIFIC WAY (not by rumors). for science, it is extremely easy to find the acid level of a drink.

(3) it has caffeine: like you drink coffee. caffeine is good for heath. too much may lead to heart attack

Great to hear that at-least one understand what I said. Excellent. Not only this one, I have seen a tread about cancer, that doesn't mean anything. But nobody question the truth of it. Just accept it and "bump" the tread.

මචං උඹේ අදහස් වලට ගරු කරනව. නමුත් කට්ටිය මේ ත්‍රෙඩ් එක බම්ප් කරන්නෙ කොකාකෝලා හොඳයි කියන්නවත් නරකයි කියන්නවත් නෙමෙයි. කොකාකෝලා වල මේ තියනවයි කියන ප්‍රයෝජන එයාල මේ ත්‍රෙඩ් ඒකෙන් දැනගත්තු නිසා.ත්‍රෙඩ් එකේ අරමුණ ඒ ගැන දැනුවත් කරන එක මිසක් කොකාකෝලා වල හොඳ නරක කියන එක නෙමෙයි.
