Nope, those specs are not real/
""The info posted yesterday on the Activision store was from last year and posted in error," Activision said. "We apologize for any confusion. We look forward to releasing the PC specs once the game is optimized.""

Activision stupidly copy and pasted the specs
ALSO
This game does NOT run on any derrivitve of the IWEngine. This game runs on a completely remade Quake 3 derriviative:

^ Instead of Activision Engine branching off IWengine, it would, instead, be a nnew branch off Quake 3
The reason they did this is because their engine has been bloated. Memory leaks and etc. Source engine from Valve is getting a remake in the form of Source 2, and Activision engine is the eqiuvelent of that. Also, it WILL reuse assets and animation, as the engine is built for making that task easy, much like Source 2.
I need to make a thread explaining this.
TL;DR
Wait for the REAL specs. The game might require more or less RAM, but we don't know for sure. Infinity Ward apparently bloated the RAM to prevent hacking according to people who research the engine. This did not work very well.
