UGC approved B.Sc එකක් .. කොහොමත් හැම UK university degree එකම මම දන්න තරමින් UGC approved තමයි ..
ජොබ් නම් දැනටත් එයා කරනව ඉන්ජිනියර් කෙනෙක් විදිහට ජොබ් එකේ නම් ප්‍රශ්නයක් නෑ මම හිතන්නෙ .. ඒත් මචන් IESL සීල් එක ඕනෙ වෙන තැන් තියෙනව නේද එක එක දේවල් certify කරන්න ගියාම ..
බයෝ කලේ ඇයි කියලනම් මම දන්නෙ නෑ ...

practice කතා නම් දාන්න එපා. මට IESL වත් IIESL වත් නැ. IIESL මට හෙට වුනත් ගන්න පුළුවන්. මම කොහොමද එතකොට මෙච්චර කල් ජොබ් එක කරේ?

නෑ බන් ජොබ් එක අව්ලක් නෑ .. එයා ඉංජිනියර් කෙනෙක් විදිහට වැඩ කරනව කොහොමත් .. ඒත් සමහර දේවල් certify කරන්න සීල් එකක් ඕනෙ නේද IESL එකෙන් .. ?

3 years B.Eng ekak thiyanawanam Moratuwa university eka lagata wela tikak ada ada hitiyoth register karaganiwi.

තමන්ගේ ගන්න private degree එක UK 3 years BEng එකක් නම් එක කොහෙත්ම 4 year BSc State University degree එකට සමාන වෙන්නේ නෑ.

තමන්ගේ bossට IESL තියනවනම්, එයා IESL පස්සෙන් යනවනම් තමන්ටත් IESL ගන්න වෙයි.

Engineer කෙනෙක් වෙන්න ඕනෙනම් Maths කරන්න. Maths කරලා doctor කෙනෙක් වෙන්න බෑ වගේ තමයි Bio කරලා යන්න පුළුවන් සීමාවල් තියෙනවා .

එයා UK Engineer කෙනෙක් .. සීල් එකක් තියෙනව එයාට UK .. එහෙ ඉන්ස්ටිටියුට් එකේ රෙජිස්ටර් වෙලා ඉන්නෙ ... ඒත් මෙහෙ ඉන්ජිනියර් කෙනෙක් විදිහට ප්‍රැක්ටිස් කරන්න නීතියෙන් අවසර නෑනෙ ඔය ලබ්බේ IESL එකෙ රෙජිස්ටර් නැත්තන් .. නේද?

ඒක නම් දන්නෙ නෑ බන් .. ඒත් එයාට එහෙ ඉංජිනියරින් කවුන්සිල් එකේ රෙජිස්ටර් තව ICE රෙජිස්ටර් කියල තමයි කිව්වෙ .. සීල් එකක් තියෙනව .. ඒ සීල් එක මෙහෙ වැලිඩ් නැති කතාවක් තමයි කිව්වෙ ..

thanks a lot machan, I'll convey the info to her .. so you mean the best way, is to get the charter status from the IET and then go for the membership of the IESL and they'll accept it (I'm not quite sure if she already having a such status from IET, though she has a stamp of some kind from EC-UK I guess and registered in ICE too). So, still IESL guys might check whether she has went through the maths stream in A/Ls although she has a charter status. Is that a possibility or a fact? Anyways I'll ask her to go through these details and make a decision based upon available info. Further I'll ask her to contact the IET guys in UK to get a better view of this scenario than asking IESL guys again.
