because of the clock speed machan. So by the time I can upgrade the system by simply overclocking. Already got a 750Ti and its good enough to power up 3 HD monitors machan. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If Photoshop is favoring single core performance then it won't matter that much would it? turbo clocks of both 7600K & 8400 are almost similar. Just 0.2 GHz difference. Unless every second matters to you it won't be of any significance.

But with i5 8400 you'll get two more actual cores, more cache. So it will be better at multitasking.

Also there's only like Rs. 5000 difference between 7600K and 8600K so you can surely get the 8600K which is even better.

are they all full hd monitors? I had a gtx 750 1GB which could drive two monitors easily. since you're not planning doing any gaming I think you'll be just fine.
