Toyota Belta 1300cc buying help

Doesn't matter which cc it is in. Simple its underpower and weight to power ratio is not enough as much as you think. Engine wastage is much faster than other because of tghis weight issue. Pulling power is also drastically reduce when this 4 seater filled.

I don't get it. Car weighs less more than 200Kg from an Axio. Have you used one? The point is true for 1000cc though.

ඒක 2008 වලින් වගේ පස්සේ ආපු මොඩෙල් එක. කලින් එක 2007 or bellow (සාමාන්යෙන්)

Latest model එක ගණන් වැඩි may be abt 1 lack to 2 lack (overall, otherwise price depends on the condition )

මචන් mileage එක මතම තීරණය කරන්ඩ එපා. හුඟක් ඒවගේ mileage එක genuine නෑ.

mileage එක genuine නම් service records තියනවනම් 1 lack වලට වඩා mileage එක වැඩි උනාට කමක් නෑ.

Transmission oil needs to be changed for abt each 50 thousand KM
Iridium plugs needs to be changed and tuned up for abt every 100,000 KM.

Air filter and AC filter needs to be changed frequently, depending on the condition (From agent those cost over 15000.00 each)

Check for all those records. if they are there mileage doesn't matter.

I'm driving a Vitz 1300cc which has the same engine of Belta. Belta weighs about 50 kgs more than my car but can't have a bigger impact.

Nope. It is not like Axio. I owned both 1000 and 1300 in two different occasions in hill country. It is noway near to Axio. Compare the fuel consumption, You will get the idea. Pulling power in this vehicle is not enough for the vehicle itself, with 4 persons onboard in a hill country could be the worst. Same result with Wagon R. Similar scenario.

I'm ok with 1300cc if it's well enough for my family(4 member) day to day raiding activity.

I'm driving a Vitz 1300cc which has the same engine of Belta. Belta weighs about 50 kgs more than my car but can't have a bigger impact.

Weight distribution is the case I guess. This car has something odd. Wheelbase distance or something. May be with smaller wheels could get better results

wheel base is same. It basically use Vitz chassis with a boot. Have you driven one? 1000cc is obviously not enough for long journeys but does ok for city.

sry ban, i dnt have any exp under 1500cc in any vehicle...
personally, i think 1300 is more than enough for the normal performance
you will get some issues on quick overtakes likewise when you have full load, otherwise it does not any issue.

every one says axio is doing super fuel... but thats not true
i had 2007 company maintained one, only doing 10-11 in city and 13-14 in outstation and highway.
i also had a civic ek3 couple of years back 1500cc auto, it is doing same fuel on city and highway and outstation more than axio.

කියන තරම් යකා කලු නෑ. 1300cc එක අවුලක් නැහැ. 1000CC නම් pick up මදි.
interior condition බලන්න. oil/air filter දාන්න. වෙලාවට oil මාරු කරන්න(use Toyota brand for both engine & transmission oil). service record තියෙනවනම් අවුලක් නැහැ.
පහල වදින ගතිය වැඩියි රලු පාරවල් වල. suspension comfortable මදි. හාහිර පෙනුමට තමයි ගොඩක් අය ගන්නේ. ඉන්දියන් කබල් වලට වඩා හොදයි. මොකද ජපනාට වැරදිලා හදපු එකක් නෙමෙයිනේ.

Pulling power is the worst case. Can't over take quickly. Had this issue almost everytime with both 1000cc and 1300cc in Kadugannawa area. with A/C noway anybody can over take in that road with 3 persons onboard.
