first of all you should make sure that you don't have any underlying serious issues (nerve problems, kidney issue etc)
usually doctors prescribe a MRI if they believe there are any issues with nerves.
I used to have sciatic pain on my left leg and went to the doctors and was said there was nothing particularly wrong and probably just a muscle pain or something.
I had trouble standing up and couldn't bend down to pick anything up because there would be shooting pain down my left leg. I had trouble standing for prolonged period of time (usually when travelling on buses) due to this pain. I usually sit long hours during office time and at home which is probably the main cause for this problem. sitting for prolonged periods is known to cause back issues

instead of stopping physical activities I started working out again and added deadlifts to my workouts. and for me it did wonders!!!
making your posterior chain (back musculature of your body) strong will make it more impervious to strain or damage and may country negative effects due to prolonged sitting.
Btw I don't have any back or leg pains anymore and I can do everyday tasks with much ease than I started doing DLs
I hope you find a solution to your problem machan.... best of luck

oh and here's an web article that lead me to change my lifting habits
